Read the L’Étranger today. To be honest, i did not understand it completely. From my personal perspective, it is a book about breaking free from the shackles for Mr Meursault. What is reality and what is illusion? The things happens around you maybe means nothing to yourself. And the imagination of you can be the essence of life. People obey the rules and the principles as they are rigged by something. The conclusion of him is a stable target, their are no opportunities for him to survive under the verdicts from the normal people. But it gives us a brand new view to treat ourselves. The real life means nothing, it is worthless. If you feel pain, feel boring, that is okay, as you are experiencing the essence of life.

Today, the company i work for caught a severe incident. Actually, to me it is serious. The main page of an important tool broke down, millions of request could not be served. The cause is simple, a small change introduces some tiny changes - the changes might be tiny, but it is embedded in a huge/legacy system. There are not many people who really know it. Recently, lot of engineers are getting fired - the reason is significant. The power of AI is getting more and more magnificent, it could do almost everything the young engineers can do, and at the same time, it is more efficient and cheaper. I do not know how AI could change the world in the near future, however, it is changing the domian i work in. The engineers now are not be treated as the properties, but burden. More and more features are created by AI, and the experienced people are getting fired. So the situation is totally changed these years. In the past, there are lots of amateurs leading pros, but now, amateures are leading amateures. These fucking field will be dominated by THE SHORT_SIGHTED MANAGERS.

Two topics today. The first one is perfunctory attitude towards manager which is common I would say. As i said yesterday, lots of experienced and well trained people were getting fired due to some ridiculous reasons, the situation has changed to amateur leads amateurs. So the fucking amateur managers are trying to act like a pro, the easiest way is to give feedback to the old system. Anybody can easily find the useless modules contained in a system with lots of sophistication, and make some noise while judging it. From my point of view, people who give such advices and make such decisions like removing all the white borders in the pictures. Because of a complaint from the CEO, and the amount is over FOUR MILLION. Is a fucking cunt. The valuable time are wasting on those shits. What a shame. And the solution of covering all the cases by nailing them completely. Not conceiving a method to improve the performance, but suppression. You are wasting your life.

I remember an uncle of mine today. Who introduced me the game Mir. Not sure if he is still alive, as I remember hearing his death from my mom. He would be happy if he saw the updates the game made. If he is still alive, i will let him know how good the days are. And how grateful i am.

They say the Confucianism is the orthodox thought in China. Yes fucking indeed. If the reason is for aristocracy to get better control of citizens. Obedience has been seen as a goodness during the past man centuries, which is not indigenous in China. The rulers of every regime wish to have sheepish people, so there are no threats to them. So there comes a lot of tragedies, a 32 years old man dies today because of work. The average off time from work is 10pm everyday for him. In generalization, he is a good person - responsible to his duties at work. And a good manager, won’t pass the pressure to his subordinates. But on the other hand, he is stupid as fuck. What a shame for him not taking care of his body and families but paying attention to the fucking useless work. As i said, lots of work are meaningless, not only to oneself, also to the others. The only reason of most job is the fucking salary. So he is wasting time on make the ceo a fortune. Good for you, you fucking loyal dog without brain. I wont show any sympathy to you, if you take your family aside, then you are a fucking loser. So people, we do have choices, if you realize the essence of this fucking world - the absurdity. A good story is Mr. Meursault shows up in the La Peste. Let us continuely talk about the young man who died for work. So what is the essence of life? Camus already told us. The only certainty of life is there are no certainty in our life. That is called absurdity. You could be rich or famous because of a live show. And you can also pass away immediately when you touch the noxious matter when you hanging over in a garden. Life is unpredictable， which means if you did a lot of preparation, there could also be numerous possibilities that something could beat you to death or devastate your life. Again, the department i work are going to be reorganized. I do not care. Talk with the guy i work with today who serves in the army before.
